Ziflo, prioritises the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all data processed within our platform. Customers concerned about data isolation can opt for our self-hosted models, ensuring their data remains entirely within Ziflo's infrastructure. This deployment option provides maximum control over sensitive information while still benefiting from our Ziflo's technology.
4. Third-Party LLM Usage & Agreements

Large language models (LLMs) may be used for some products and modules. If third-party LLMs are used, strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are always in place that legally bind these providers to applicable European law.

These agreements prohibit unauthorized data retention or processing and ensure compliance with GDPR and legal data security standards.

Additionally, Ziflo implements preprocessing procedures to remove proprietry and identifying information.

As stated above, customers retain the option of using our self-hosted models, ensuring their data remains entirely within Ziflo's infrastructure. This deployment option provides maximum control over sensitive information while still benefiting from our Ziflo's technology.
